Live Out Nanny -

A live-out nanny offers families professional childcare with the added benefit of flexibility and personalised attention. They become an integral part of your child’s life, providing nurturing care, guidance, and structure tailored to your family’s unique needs.

  • Their travel costs to you are at their own expense.

  • The average working day for live out nannies is 10 hours.

  • Babysitting it to be negotiated separately.

  • Your nanny is entitled to 4 weeks paid holiday per annum

Live In Nanny -

for families with space to accommodate them, a live-in nanny brings a unique combination of professionalism, dedication, and adaptability, making them an invaluable addition to your household.

  • All accommodation and food should

    be provided by the family/client.

  • The average working day for live in nannies is 11 hours.

  • Your nanny is entitled to 4 weeks paid holiday per annum.

  • Accommodation provided should be a separate room, not used by the family.

Maternity Nurse -

Specialises in providing expert care and support for newborns and their families during the first few weeks or months after birth. They are highly trained professionals who help parents navigate the early stages of parenthood with confidence and ease.

  • A typical Maternity nurse contract is temporary, usually lasting between 1 week and 6 months.

  • Maternity nurses usually work either on full time live in basis (typically working on 24 hrs a day on call basis, 4-6 days per week), or on live out basis (either daytime or night time shifts).

Night Nanny -

Night nannies are particularly beneficial for new parents, parents of multiples, or those recovering from childbirth. Their expertise helps reduce parental exhaustion and ensures the baby’s needs are met throughout the night, creating a more restful and balanced household.

  • Contract is temporary, usually lasting between 1 week and 6 months.

  • They arrive in the evening to provide overnight care and leave in the morning once their shift ends.

  • They provide: Overnight Baby Care, parental support & guidance with sleep training.
